printing problems, scanned photo..prints out very dark, grey, green

Please help.. New to Forum. I scanned and old picture(damaged) that i have, made enhancements, cloning..etc. Tried to print but it comes out very dark. It’s a photo of a man in uniform. His face has no skintone whatsoever. He’s now yellow, green shadows…yellowish green uniform. Looks awful. I printed it about 10 times. Even tried another photo collage, tons of colours. It came out perfect. Please help.
Working in PS 6.0 , Operating Sys.- ME, printer HP 7350

10 Have you run Adobe Gamma and created a good monitor profile?
