I’m trying to uninstall Photoshop 7 to start fresh with CS. I went to add/remove programs and clicked the photoshop 7 icon. A dialog box appeared, and to tell you the truth, I didn’t read it through. It had a yes and no button and I clicked yes just figuring it was asking if I was sure I wanted to uninstall the program. Well, the Photoshop listing disappeared from the add/remove programs box, but the program was not uninstalled. How do I go about uninstalling now? I have all my Adobe product grouped together in the start menu (did away with the original start menu folders) and the installation folder does not have an executable uninstall.

What next?

reinstall then uninstall again. If (when) it asks if you want to remove shared files, say no.

Just reinstall 7 and then uninstall. But why are you doing that anyway? I’d leave 7 until you’re familiar with CS.
