Hi
I’m trying to get in contact with a gentleman
called Dean Holland. My son is doing a
photography project for his GCSE based on some of
Dean’s photographic work. I haven’t been able to
contact him directly as yet and would greatly
appreciate it if someone who knows him could
contact him on my behalf and pass on my e-mail
address.
The gist of the message I’m trying to get to Dean
is this:

I’m really sorry to bother you, but my son is
doing a Photography GCSE and was impressed with
your Painting With Light photograph of a 2CV in
Practical Photographer in 1996. He’s doing a very
similar project for his GCSE work, and needs some
background research on a photographer who has
inspired him – and that’s you!
He really would appreciate it if you could give
him some background info on yourself, how you got
interested in photography, what equipment you
usually use and other work you have done. I know
this is a lot to ask, but we would be really
greatful for any help you could offer.
