Some keyboard shortcuts won’t work like CTRL-D for deselect selection or CTRL-H for hide selection and others…

the menu versions of those commands work though

see the FAQ for this topic. either update your keyboard drivers, turn off trillian (which can steal crtl and alt) or remove the activation crack, which causes the crtl key to stop functioning.

What is the procedure for removing the activation crack?

Purchase your own copy of CS and activate the product.

Nenad,

The procedure for removing the crack is to uninstall the product. You would then reinstall the legit version and activate.

Yes. First, sit down at your desk. That part is important.

Then, pull out your checkbook, write a check to Adobe.

Grab an envelope from the desk drawer, place check in envelope (also an important part), add postage. Mail immediatly.

Oh…then reset your preferences.

Well, that’s not your only problem. First, read the thread. Then call Adobe Customer Service and they will fix you right up.
