I found this tutorial on using the pen tool in Photoshop.

<http://www.gfxlab.com/tutorials/tuts/pentool/pentut.htm>

I was able to follow along up until steps 5 where you are suppose to add a stroke to a path. I was able to add a stroke to the path. However, I wasn’t able to figure out how the effect shown in the tutorial was achieved.

Does anyone know how that was done?

The clue is in the phrase "Play with lots of options, especially the spacing and fade options, "

Follow that advice – Play and then Play some more……

I have played around with the different options and still can’t figure it out. Actually I am not able to find the fade option. Maybe that’s my problem.

Can someone please point in the right direction?
