There are only a couple of things that cause that. GO HERE <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?50@@.2cce48e6> and pick one.

I have the same keyboard, NEW batteries, and a FULLY Licensed copy of PSCS and I have problems with the CTRL key.

I have updated the drivers and I still have the problem. Sometimes I have to kit the keys several times to get it to work properly.

Any other ideas???

Do you have a stuck key somewhere?

The simple thing is to swap in a standard keyboard and see whether you still have the problem. Is it a keyboard specific problem or not ?

No other ideas, but I think that the fact your old keyboard works points to the drivers of the new keyboard as being a problem.
