That means, when you don’t get what you expected, have fun trying to get your money back!

Sales if illegal bootleg software are becoming a large moneymaker for Russian organized crime–which is doubtless what’s happening here. Any deal that sounds too good to be true, from Art Schwartz’s "download photoshop for $25" perfect-shareware.com Web site to Russian Web sites promising to sell you "OEM" software on behalf of organized crime, is.

I also believe it’s a scam and agree that there is no PS7 or CS OEM version, but the sale of OEM software without hardware is not illegal everywhere, at least not in Germany where the OP is from.

Yes there is. I have a version 3 + version 6. Not sure if it is a Europe only thing. Bought the PS 6 in Germany (where unbundling of OEM software is legal) and upgraded to PS CS.

There is no OEM version of Photoshop CS. There hasn’t been an OEM version since Adobe released Photoshop Elements. Which means there hasn’t been a legal legit OEM version of Photoshop since Photoshop 5. If you think you have one after Photoshop 5 what you have is an illegal copy of Photoshop.

One of the reasons Adobe come out with Elements was so that they would no longer have to include full copies of Photoshop with select high end hardware. They could now include a much cheaper and much more profitable version.

There is no way to buy a legitimate copy of Photoshop CS for $100. Any web site or other method that is offering it for that is selling you stolen merchandize, plain and simple.
