Hi

I got a problem. I want to print the date of exposure into a picture for example in the right corner.
Does anybody know whether this could be arranged with an action or something else done by PS 7.

I want to use this action for hundreds of pictures for example for marriages and other happenings and the date of exposure is always different.

Has anybody got an idea. Would be very helpful

Thanks in advance

Albert

This question comes every week or so.
Most of the time people want to add a copyright info or a signature on a batch of pictures.
You need to make a layer with your date and then paste this layer on every pic you want.
You can create an Action or even better a Droplet to automate the process to the entire content of a folder.

If you are getting the date from the Photoshop File Info (which includes EXIF data), and you have programming experience, you can probably do what you want using the Photoshop scripting plug-in, which can be downloaded from the Adobe web site. If you’re lucky, you might find a script already written to do this.

Hi Stephan
Thanks for the answer. My problem is maybe a little bit different to the others. I asked myself whether it is possible with PS 7 (by using an action or whatever..) getting the date of exposure out of the EXIF datas of each picture. Afterwards ich want to put exactly this date in the corner of the picture…. That seems to be possible only by writing a special script for. But I´m not able to do that, therefore I´m looking for such a script or for an action or any other solution for my problem……..
Do you have any idea…..

Hi Warren

Thanks for your answer. It was exactly what I was afraid of 😉 because I´m not able to write such a script.

Therefore: Do you maybe know whether such a tool ist "downloadable" anywhere or whether there ist an other software tool available solving my problem ???
