Can’t save for web

I am trying to save images for web but that option is not available (greyed out) What have i done to disable this. Images are 8 bit jpegs color or b&W. Have I done something to disable this. PS 7.01

It appears that I was missing a plugin, and I had changed the location of photoshop recently. The following page helped me
