Okay my friend sent me a pic of something he made in photoshop so I ope it up and it opens in Photoshop but the problem is it turned all m colors pink and now I can’t change them back to regular colors..So try changing my foreground or background to blue red gray anythin besides pink or black won’t work???I set my colors to windows color an when I pick grey or red or anything it kinda combines it wit pink…How do I change them back to regular colors??I am really new t photoshop so help would be appreciated..

It sounds like you have "Edit in Quick Mask Mode" turned on. You can hit the letter "Q" to toggle Quick Mask on and off or if you look just below the Foreground and Background color boxes you will see two buttons. The left button will turn Quick Mask off and the one on the right will turn it on.
