I apologize if this isn’t the right place and will not post a follow up. However, we are in a bit of a jam. Our HR department didn’t word this positing the way we wanted them to. We need a graphic artist who knows some HTML. Thanks to the HR folks, all we’re getting is programmers. We have programmers. We need someone with a portfolio who can make professional web graphics and understands user interface design.
