Short Cut Keys in CS

Can’t get "any" of the basic short cut keys to work in CS. The two I use in PS-7 all the time are Ctrl-Z & Ctrl-0. Any body know why? Thanks in advance. SKI

<sigh> 3 possibilities:
1. Paradox activiation crack. Dump it in the trash.
2. Keyboard drivers need upgrading if you’re using a Logitech.
3. Trillian software will hijack your shortcuts from what I’ve heard.
Don’t know that for sure since I don’t install junk like that on my PC. If none of the above apply to you, call Adobe.
