Photoshop CS: Does NE1 Know why you get two different sizes….

for viewing "Print Size"? The "Print Size" button at the top of the file browser seems to give the incorrect print size, most likely due to monitor resolution. But when you right click on the file and select "Print size" (when zoom tool is enabled), you get pretty close to the actual print size as measured by a physical ruler and compared to the ruler guides shown with CTL-r. My monitor is set for 1280×1024.
