I am planning to make a two color printing. What should be the setting before creating the images?
I have tried using Duetone and also use multichannel (use only two channels) but it is not successfully. I have heard that photoshop is not handy for creating two color images. So should I try to use adobe illustrator to creat the image?

Thanks!

No matter what colors you want to print the job in
(assuming you are going to plates and lithography)
do the job in Black and Magenta – or – Black and Cyan.

You can do the work in Photoshop in your PMS colors
(so you can see your result)
then when you have the duo the way you like it,
change the colors to Black and magenta.
Then do the entire job – in your layout application
in Black and Magenta.

Of course, this will not work if going to inkjet.
