How to make links to navigation bar?

have design metallic navigation bar. the problem is how can i make a links to my navigation bar? the navigation bar like this:
profile |gallery|links|download—–>in rectangle shape. so how can i make a link to profile,gallery,etc one by one?

It’s called an "image map" where selected portions of a graphic have different links. You can easily do it in any decent web design program. For example look at my home page at:
<http://LarryBerman.com>
All the small 50 pixel thumbnails are linked to their respective galleries, but it’s really one large picture.

If you’re asking about doing it on ImageReady, I’ve never done it that way.
