Photoshop 7 can handle 8-bit Grayscale and 16-bit Grayscale images. I can’t say what Photoshop CS’s capabilities are, but I doubt that it can handle 32-bit Grayscale. That is rather excessive, and you couldn’t perceive that many levels with your eyes nor could you reproduce that many levels in any physical medium. Where are you getting these 32-bit gray raw images from?

No, Photoshop cannot read that.
And the next question is: why are they 32 bit integers?
Is there a real need for dealing with images like that?
Does any consumer software/hardware use 32-bit grayscale?
