I am looking for a source for the Epson 2200 repair manual or specific repair information. This printer has started mis-feeding single weight sheets such as checks. Because of this erratic feed,I am having to eject a first blank sheet in order to get the second sheet to print. This printer is out of warranty about two weeks and Epson will no longer support it. Epson only exchanges in warranty printers and has no Epson repair service. They refered me to several area authorized repair shops who are either long out of business or have had no experience with the 2200 or do not have manuals for it. The 2200 is a fine printer and I certainly don’t consider it a disposable product. Thank you for any advice.

I don’t know where you are, but I found that, here in the UK, a repair is possible. My out of warranty printer was fixed a while back. It cost money, but not too much. I suggest that you persist with hassling Epson.
