I have 7 pictures with frame effects and typing on the frame that I want to put into certain places on a geometric shape of a new picture.

I’m assuming you want to modify and skew the images and not just paste them in. One way would be to Save a copy of each with an active layer in case you need to modify them in the future. Flatten, copy and paste onto the the new picture and with the new layer selected use the Edit>Transform>Distort and drag the corners to match the shape you want the them to appear.

I copyed merged pics but one I put text on 2 different layers so I can put it right Under the other text. I can’t copy the merged pic with the extra text layer. How do I change it so I can copy merged?

You could either merge the layers and then copy or use the Copy Merged command.
