hi there! i’m new to adobe.. anyway, juz wanna ask if i can paste the photo dat i have extracted using adobe onto another photo.. in this case, i am changing my background.. anyone here can guide me along pls? thx!

Open the other photo and drag’n’drop the extracted image onto it.

You might also try spending some time with the manual, or the help file (F1). This is pretty basic stuff.

And it’s Photoshop. That’s the name of the application.

Adobe is the name of the company that produces the application.

A LOT of people refer to Photoshop as "Adobe"…

I fear it’s just something you have to get used to, otherwise you will go mad continually correcting people on an apparent technicality.

If enough people refer to the app that way, I think the company will have no choice but to rename it, after all that’s how language evolves.

Agreed, but Adobe did rename Acrobat Reader to simply Adobe Reader.

Absolutely, and I cringe every time someone refers to it as "Adobe." You kind of know right there that you’re dealing with a real newbie.
