Whenever I access the help menu in CS, IE opens up and says "The page can not be displayed". All the help files are installed, just the path to them isn’t correct. Between all the words in the path name there are "20%"s and a few ther incorrect things. Anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like the program is trying to go out to the internet without a IP connection.

My Photoshop CS files are at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Help\help.html

You might check to see that you have that file. Otherwise, establish an internet connection and then see what it does.
