I made a DVD Case label in photoshop 8.0 from a case label I had made in photoshop 3.0. For some reason, 8.0 isn’t printing the entire page, it says image is too big and cuts off about an inch on the length. In
3.0 I was able to change the page deminsions or print area so it would
use more of the 11 inch piece of paper – I think I just shortened the margins. I can’t find a way to do this in 8.0. Does anyone know how?

Have you changed printers or printer settings since then? Is this the clipping warning?

Well, I use Photoshop 3.0 on my PC, and 8.0 on my MAC. "The image is larger than the papers printable area. Some clipping will occur". That is the message I get. I came up on 3.0 as well, but I just changed my page setup so that the margins were smaller. On my mac/photoshop 8.0 I cannot seem to find the margins setup or any way to tell it to print as much a a standard piece of paper should hold.
Above pasted in for context.

So, effectively you’ve changed both printer and all settings? Or at least it’s a different printer driver. Your printer may have margins it won’t let you cross. On my Epson R300, it’s 1/4"

Anyhow, go to Print with Preview in CS, and uncheck Center on page, set the top margin to O. If it still won’t fit, reduce the size a tad until it will.

If you post back with results (usually a nice idea, whether it works, or not.) please say what printer you are using.
