Where to download PS CS?

Hello, I am helping my mother with a format/clean install. She recently purchased PS CS online but was not able to remember where she stuck the install file before the format. How can she download PS CS again? Does she need to log on to her adobe account or will the trial version accept her reg key? If she has to access her account, anyone know when the store is gonna be working again?

she’ll need to get to her online account and dl it again. the trial version has no way to convert it to a purchased version.

no idea when the store will be up.
