Hi! I’m new in photoshop and i’d like know how to cut a picture exact,what tool i can use? Ex: I have a picture and 3 people there i want save only one and delete the other,how to do? sorry my english!

You could use the Polygonal Lasso tool (L) or the extract filter (Alt + Ctrl + X).

There are several other ways as well it just depends on the situation.
