if it’s part of the image (and the image is flattened) your only hope is to use the clone, healing and patch tools and carefully erase it. or are you talking about something like digimarc?
No, I am talking about when I put the image onto my webpage, when I go to batch. I made it resize and watermark but now I need some without the watermark on the web page so how do I do it without the watermark. Thank you.
If you just need the one, you can do it separately, if you want to do more create a batch action that does not put a watermark on the photos.
Like I said in post #1, if you didn’t save an original, you’ll need to carefully do this by hand with the clone, healing and patch tools.
You should ALWAYS save an unedited original (Preferrably as a PSD, TIF or PNG file). Not only for this reason, but if you save it as a JPG then reopen, edit and REsave as a JPG, you’re going to lose image quality because JPG is a "lossy" format. Meaning it discards pixels every time you save to make the image smaller. The 3 file types I mentioned above are not "lossy" in providing their compression.

DO you have a non watermarked version of the image? If so, you just upload it to your server (FTP?) with the same name as the watermarked version, overwriting it.

If it’s for web, ostensibly, it’s a JPG or a Gif. If you put in a watermark, you flattened the image since those formats doen’t support layers. It is now a part of the image and cannot easily be removed. Clone tool is the way to do it.
You’re better off starting with your originals again.
