Adobe Photoshop 7.0 $49.95???

I’m sure there is a catch to an offer received by a friend of mine, but I don’t know what it is – possibly it is a copy of the OEM? They include installation CD and materials only, NO retail packaging or manuals and state that all materials for a complete, full installation are included. It’s offered by one Jenna Druck Foundation @ www.jennadruck.org. I doubt that Adobe is authorizing this sale and I would like to hear some feedback from this group as it sounds too good to be true. Thanks for your help!
