when i open Photoshop he makes one temporary file (in temp) – something about 300 MB !! Is it normal? I noticed that my computer is slowly now.

I work with photo about 2 MB. Why temporary file is so big?

This is probably your scratch disk making itself visible. It includes not only the file, but all the history states as well. You can reduce the size by reducing the number of history states in your Preferences or by purging the virtual memory and RAM being used (Edit >Purge).
