Hello all, I am using PS-CS. Is there a way to rotate selection (just the selection box not pixels in it)? Like when one uses the crop tool, it gives handles to rotate or skew the crop bounding box. Can it be done for rectangle selection? Thank you for any advise.

Go to "Select – Transform Selection".
