Need Help!! Photoshop CS won’t work!

Ok, I just got photoshop CS and when I try to install it, it comes up that I need Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or higher version. Well I have Windows ME. I just looked at the requirements and it said that you needed Windows 2000 or XP. By any chance, would I be able to pass by that and be able to install it on ME? Please reply back, thanks!
