How can I print an 8×10 with out having to crop the photo. my Epson 825 crops the photo until it’s worthless. How do you resize the image and keep the quality high dpi?

From what size original? You can’t print an 8×10 from a 35mm original without cropping.

I set the minimum dimension to 8 inches. Then, I crop the long dimension at 10 inches. Without cropping it would be 8×12.
