how do i convert a 4c file to 2c in PS7?

have a PS file in 4c that is actually only 2c. how do i convert the file to send to the printer to be printed as 2c?

If by "4c" and "2c" you mean 4-ink CMYK and 2-inks (2 colors), then you might want to look at the PowerTone links in the following forum message thread:

Incidentally, when you begin a message or paragraph with a lowercase "i", as you apparently did, this forum software assumes the "i" means "italic" and italicizes your paragraph and you lose the "i". An easy way to avoid that is to use an uppercase "I" (as this paragraph did.)

Thanks for your response Burton. I am a lower-case typist by default. But I can understand how italicizing will happen as you say. I will keep it in mind!

incidently, it looks like you can start with a lower case "i" as long as it is not by itself.
