I’m not sure if it’s called "scaling layers" but I want to reduce or enlarge the physical size of an image that is in its own layer. Here’s the deal – I extracted a picture of a person from an image, then brought the selection (person) into another image and made it its own layer. I want the picture of the person to be proportionate to the rest of the image. How do I change the size of the person (layer) that I just put into the new image?
