I am making a web page of a reunion for a school, and I have a old (20 year old picture) from them.

What I want to do is to make it look older and scratchyer. Is there a way to do this???

You could try the old-fashioned way: print it, pour some sand on the floor, put the print face down over the sand, put your foot on it, rub back and forth
for a while, scan it.
