I have recently downloaded th PS CS trial, and Im looking for the 3 transform filter , where can I get it?. I thought it came with th program. Thank you in advanc

I believe you have mistaken this as a Photoshop feature… It is found in IllustratorCS, not Photoshop…

Did they dump in in CS? It’s under Render in 5.5 – 7.

They didn’t dump it. It is still in the same place. At least in my copy.

Ahh, I must be confusing what he wants with Illustrator CS’s new revolve tool…
