hide tools and menus

Hi
Could anyone please help me – how is it possible to hide tools & menus in order to quickly view picture one is working on full screen size within Photoshop – I know there is a keyboard command to hide the tools and menus but I forgot the key-combination

I am using Photoshop 6 on Windows XP Home Edition
