My 12 year old daughter is trying to create a website.

Is there any FLASH availlable foe FREE ?

If so where could she download it from ?

A nice vector program that does a lot of things besides export Flash. Might be a bit difficult to learn though.

Just a few "blinking" lines on her home page.
