I am using PS6.

I know there is a way to persuade one photograph to follow the contours of an object in another photograph. Example: a layer of fall leaves takes on the shape of a sofa.

Can someone direct me to a tutorial?

Thanks

Google for Displacement Map Tutorial
I think there’s still a good one at russellbrown.com
but you’ve got to dig around for it — look under
"more tutorials" and it is a method of molding a pattern to a rippling flag.

Polykarbon.com has one on molding patterns to the clothing on a figure, too.

and there was a Bert Monroy one on the TechTV (ScreenSavers) site the last time I looked.

Have fun!
