Hello,

my family is scattered troughout the world and I want to make a familie poster for my great grandmother from picture I already have. I searched for pictures that pretty much had the same lighting and scanned them.
What can I do to make the appearence of the persons from pictures to fit to the new background so that it does not look like that they have been added without loosing a lot of detail or sharpness.

Thanks for the advice.
Chris

There are a couple of tutorials that cover this at
http://www.worth1000.com/tutorial.asp

Look for
"Blend Mode, Layers, and You",
"Archaeological Dig",
and "Photo Color Cast Correction"

Then have fun practicing.

you can use adjustment layers ( hue saturation and set it to colorise). you can also blend your adjustment layers..

with photoshop cs you there’s a new feature called match color wic works fine for this kinda stuff..

if ur still using ps7 work with adjustment layers and blending mode. you’ll be able to achive something nice
