If i have an image I am wanting to put some text onto, hos do I cente the text vertically/horizontally easily?

I am always only doing it by my eyesight.

Select All. Layer>Align to Selection, Vertical Centers, then Horizontal Centers.

Select All. Layer>Align to Selection, Vertical Centers, then Horizontal Centers.

In illustrator you just click the "center button" on the alignment menu.
