The File Browser will not access files over a network. This does not pertain to privledges on a network. When trying to view files within a folder, the "Foul Browser" just hangs. Some of these folders contain less than 10 jpg’s all under 30k. So I know that the file size is not an issue.
After waiting an inordinate amount of time for the Browser to access something, CS has problems opening anything, anywhere. Ctrl+ALT+DEL!

This is the error message when trying to access over a network:

An error occured while reconnecting (insert network drive here) Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is already in use. This connection has not been restored.
OK

If the folder has 10 files, I receive this message 10 times. This error does not occur accessing files on the local hard drive. This error does not occur in Photoshop 6, or any other program that we use. We do not have this problem with any Macromedia or older Adobe software…..this is the only program not working over a network. Is this a downgrade?

We are not using the Creative Suite Version Cue. in the meantime I am uninstalling CS and re-installing Photoshop 6.
Happy Adobe user until now…..
