I have a photograph which I would like to make look like a photo in a newspaper, so I need a (easy to follow!) way to simulate the ‘dotty’ effect that newspaper images have.

Is there an easy way to achieve this?

Dave.

in the actions pallet in the upper right corner is a small ‘arrow’ pointing to the right. click that, a menu will open, select "load actions", find the file in the browse dialog that opens and load it. bingo.
