Not Pasting Image from Clipboard

This happened to me in a previous version of Photoshop and I forget how I fixed it. I thought the answer was on adobe.com but can’t find it now…

After taking a few screen captures, Photoshop gets stuck on one image and refuses to paste the newest image. I can see that the screenshot is in the clipboard and I can paste it into other apps.

Photoshop CS, XP

Any ideas?

alwaysimportclipboard registry file? look in the goodies directoy of the disk if you think that’s it.
