After DL’ing movies here I am having serious problems publishing them to websites. Is there an easy method / solution? Or is it easier to burn them to a CD-RW?

why would you publish copyright movies to the web? or copy to CD’s? that is illegal. From that link you DL movies to watch them, you don’t own them. Why did you put this in a Photoshop NG?
If you plan to steal movies by illegally copying them to DVD you will need de-coding software. Try a haxor/warez NG.
