How to replace colours

Hello. How can I replace one colour with another one?

For example I have #f5f5f5 colour in my picture and I want to replace it with #cccccc automaticly for all picture. What to do?

Select all the occurrences of that colour (magic wand tolerance 1 then Select>Similar), pick up your #cccccc as foreground colour, set the paintbucket to a tolerance of 255 and click on the selected area. But I bet you will want to change MORE than just #f5f5f5 areas, and you may be able to achieve what you wish with the levels or curves control
