How to create text on a path

Ive looked everywhere and i know that it tells you how somewhere but i guess im not looking the right sopt. I want to put text along a certain path. I have photoshop cs and i was looking forward to this new option but i cant find it. sorry i know this is a dumb question but could someone help.

Sure can. First, make a path using the pen tool. Then, grab the text tool and move it on top of the path. Note the cursor – it should be an I beam with a squigly line underneath (just like Illustrator). Click and type away.
