This seems simple enough, and I’m sure it’s been asked before – but having diligently searched for tutorials, I am now throwing myself at your mercy.

I just want to make a nice clean, uniform, horizontal dotted and/or dashed line. Can’t be that hard, no?

Change the spacing in the Brushes palette.
