Clint, Might I ask what computer you are using ?
I am routinely working on large files – 800MB to 1.6Gb, and my Photoshop Scratch file size routinely goes to 4Gb. The problem I have is that it takes ages to get anything done, and I want to upgrade my PC to something faster, but am unsure of what to upgrade to.
Photoshop is mostly what I use.
I currently have an AMD Athlon 2.0 Ghz CPU, 1.5Gb DDR RAM, Ultra 320MB SCSI Drives, Matrox G450 Display card.
Can anyone out there help with some suggestions ?
