I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to find and download the plugin for Photoshop CS that enables you to save images as .ico files.

Or if anyone knew of another way to create .ico files from Photoshop CS that would be great too.

I´ve used MicroAngelo with good results. I believe they have a 30 day trial.
