Found it! Hit cntrl +alt then click on save for web to delete prefs. Sweet! Back in business!

Well I’m not back in business, I have even deleted the pref file. I’m still getting the message and it will not save for web…whats the problem here guys, there seems to be quite a bit of this popping up.
Worked perfectly up till now.
