Your not explaining very well what you want to achieve here. But I take it you want to take this document and "reproduce it in paper with some changes.

use Photoshop

The skill is in making the changes seemlessly

You’ll need to identify the font used unless you can copy and paste the characters you need. If you use a font youll need to play with ink colour, opacity and blur to mach the existing text. This might be beyond your capabilities or take some time to master

Both these options have slider controls so you can visually select the % you want.

Filter menu >Blur >Guassian Blur

On the Layers palette – OPACITY 100% > Click the little black arrow

(only works on a layer, not a background so double click a background and rename it)

Your example appears to be an old typewritten Russian file document or record of some kind. What could be the purpose of modifying it, and doing so in a way that preserves the exact look? I can think of no reason except deception.

I have no problem advising you on how to use Photoshop. I do have trouble with cooperating with you on how to falsify a document.

I suggest that others consider this before offering advice. —

Mike Russell, this is a technical Photoshop group, not juridical group. The document is not old typewritten, but Laser printed.
If you can think of no reason except deception then a deception, not other thing, is in your mind. 🙂
I do not falsify a document. I just have to make a new document appearing the same as older documents.

My image is GIF. It does not have a layer or a background. Why do you mean by the background and a layer?

I think your jumping to conclusions here and this is not the place for accusation or judgement. If a post annoys, irritates or upsets you just ignore it but please don’t force your prejudices on others, that’s for the political groups!

The best way would be to use a typewriter.

Point taken, Kingdom. Surely, though, you feel some responsibility for the use that your expertise may be put. If you feel that this person has a valid purpose – and he or she may – consider taking the conversation off line and avoid providing reference material, to others who might read this information in the future, and whose purpose is unknown to you. —

Their is no offence in altering this document, it’s not legal tender nor is it even a significant legal document. I have no idea why he wants to alter it but nor do I care, any offence only occurs at the point of presentation with any document and that is none of my concern, nor would it be even if I did the alteration work for him so there is nothing for him or me to answerer to in this forum regarding his request for help nor for you or anyone to concern yourself with and this is a perfect place to discuss any alterations to any document using PS.

Don’t get me wrong, if I detected malice in a request for information I would not respond.

Oh 🙁

But it will look more authentic if you do it with a typewriter 🙂

Can’t you just get some characters in the same typeface and colour them the same colour as the original ones? Perhaps rasterize them and add a little bit of monochrome noise? Or even take small parts of the exisiting characters and copy-and-paste to make new characters?

Did the original’s laser printer really use grey ink or is that just a result of the scanning process?

Thanks for your reply, Andrew Morton.
How to rasterize characters and add a little bit of monochrome noise? That is a result of the scanning process or a depleted cartridge. I do not need "the document look more authentic".
