Popup fonts with PS7.0.1 and Panther 10.3.1

Since upgrading to OS X 10.3 (and .1), PS 7.0.1 refuses to pop up its font list. Nothing happens when you click on the popup gadget. However, typing in the font name in the text box still works ok.

Have other OS X 10.3.x Photoshop 7.0.1 users come across this?
